Was happy with the service provided by Joseph. Everything run smoothly, very decent, helpful and pleasant person, hardworking, tidy, and the most reliable and punctual handyman ever! Made few errors with chipped laminate, alignment, trimming, and cutting the doors too short, yet he did his best to fix all the issues promptly. Do not assume things (as in my case), but explain from the beginning what exactly needs to be done, supervise, and he'll do a great job. I will hire him again and definitelly recommend!

Installed the wrong flooring initially and took almost a year to correct it, causing major disruption and putting my tenancy at risk. The property was left in a poor state with no proper clean-up, requiring professional cleaners, and materials were left in a communal area overnight, raising safety concerns. More recently, after moving furniture, further issues have come to light. Incorrect floorboards remain and appear to have been concealed, and there is evidence of poor-quality joinery hidden behind furniture. After raising these concerns, communication became inappropriate and distressing. I received accusatory messages attempting to place blame on me, along with comments questioning my character and how I “sleep at night.” The tone was aggressive, intended to intimidate, and felt threatening rather than professional. Given they have had access to my home, this behaviour made me feel unsafe. Reported to the platform. Would not recommend.

They re plastered, painted, the whole house, created a whole new bedroom so now my daughters have their own space and decorated how they wanted. Well what can I say about this guy the day we met for the quotation he hasn't stop talking he can talk for the whole Britain .ok let's talk about his job and recommendation he came and did the measurement and give us a price straight away we shook hand .His knows what's his talking about he's a specialist in flooring he not talking bullshit like others I was so happy when he finished the job I could have gone for a few cheaper trader but I chose him based on the job he done at some places.Hes not messy he tidy up after clean all the messed I would highly recommend lefkos without checking any other trader .The job he did I would rate him 10/10.
