Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

He was helpful with suggestions of what could be done and how to take care of the flat in the future, and he did a couple of bits and pieces that weren't in the initial plan for free because of his commitment to doing a complete job. He had very good ideas that saved us a lot of money and he was happy to work with me to come up with the final plan. He worked efficiently, completed the job to a high standard and the finish quality was excellent throughout. The new lino has massively improved the look of both bathrooms and the kitchen. I highly recommend Abdul. Finding the right professional on MyBuilder can feel like a gamble, but from our first conversation, Abdul was professional and knowledge. He clearly cared about the work asking questions before giving a quote which was very reasonable for the work done. When he came to do the job, he was diligent, friendly, and respectful keeping the area tidy. He clearly takes pride in his work and did a beautiful job installing our herringbone LVT. We have an oddly shaped hallway but no shortcuts were taken and every detail was considered. We had a material shortage due to the way click LVT is installed (my fault). Abdul could have chosen not to complete the job that day, but it is testament to his character that he proposing a very labour intensive solution which resulted in him working until 10 PM to finish. The quality was not compromised at all and we now have an immaculate (finished) floor. He is a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We used Cubitt Wren for a full interior renovation earlier this year while we were away over the Easter period, and I honestly could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. They took on the lot, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom en suite, and a full repaint throughout the house. What really stood out to me was how smoothly the whole thing ran from start to finish. I never felt kept in the dark, which as someone who wasn’t on site made a real difference. Coming home to the finished result was just lovely.
