My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another. I highly recommend JM Building services for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

We chose to hire Kheireddine after speaking to many flooring specialist, and we're glad that we made the right choice. I tried to do the job myself & messed it up. Then Kheireddine came to our rescue. He listened to us & advised through his experience. He did take time to do the prep work (protecting existing furniture, hangings). He did carefully assessed the floor condition before starting work. The process involved many more stages than I thought, and he did explain all stages and what does it actually mean. Unlike other builder/professional he wasn't in rush. He took his time to make sure the job is deliver to the perfection. He also distributed work in phases to let the oil dry. My children stepped on some portion leaving some marks, which he happily cleared next day. He gave us multiple different choices to make our mind as we weren't sure which will be suitable for our room. He used top quality stuff (oil, varnish, polish) which are expensive than normal. He listened to all our concerns & made sure all were resolved to our satisfaction. He made sure the job is completed within the time frame he promised. He also advised us on post care for the floor and leave some oil for us in case we need it. Kheireddine was very friendly & professional. We're very happy with the outcome and glad that we hired him through mybuilder. I do highly highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Masoud. He provided a very competitive quote, communicated clearly throughout the whole job, and was punctual and professional from start to finish. The quality of the flooring installation is very good, and he left everything clean and tidy when the work was completed. He also confirmed that his work is covered by a warranty should any issue arises, which gave me extra peace of mind. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely use him again for future projects.

Sarbjit gave a reasonable quote and finished the job on time. He is fast & efficient. He did my laminate flooring, fitted deadlocks & handles to doors , made some racks for inbuilt cupboards and replaced bulb holders. Done a quality job. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

I cannot recommend Adrian and his workmanship highly enough! He was extremely diligient about nailing down the design which was basically a picture in my head. He gave excellent advice to get us to the right model. He was so patient with me deciding paint colours and worked with them even though they probably weren't great for him to work with. He worked diligiently and cleanly to install the cupboard and it is asbolutely beautiful. Highly, highly recommend!

They did a great job with our floor. Before the floor was covered with carpet and they quickly sanded and varnished the original wood with successfull results. There were some gaps also that had to cover, plus exchange some damage pieces of wood. We were glad to count with them in our new flat renovation.
