Patrick provided a reasonable quote, and responded quickly once I shortlisted. He was very professional, polite and had excellent communication throughout. He checked with me before making any adjustments and made me aware of any issues to ensure I was fine with it. He did an excellent job installling the door, put down a cover to stop the carpet getting dirty when going up the stairs, and also cleaned up. Would highly recommend!!

I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. He laid my new floor in herringbone design and fitted skirting boards in my sitting room and hallway. His workmanship was exceptional and he took real care in finding exactly the right pieces to match the floorboards I’d got. He was really helpful when advising which materials I should get and quantities etc. His communication was great and is very reliable.

Miguel has done a fantastic job with what was a slightly trickier job than originally thought. He was prompt with responses, provided advice on what was required to be purchased, gave a clear and reasonable quote and was quick to come round and get the job done. He problem solved on site and came back off his own back to 'fine tune'. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and have already recommended his services to friends.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.
