Mark was outstanding from the word go and we couldn’t be happier with the finish of our house. He was here every day from morning till night and done a fantastic job which we are absolutely delighted with. As well as the conversion, Mark completed other joinery jobs for us including : fitted wardrobes, a TV wall (which mark built from scratch) and fitted our flooring throughout the kitchen and hall. Norbert Fitted our new bathroom he did a fantastic job The company that supplied our show sent the wrong size They promised to deliver the next day (Friday)didn’t show due to their van braking down. Had no idea when they would be delivering. ( the old bathroom was in the front garden at this point) Norbert rang around on the Saturday till he got the size we where needing Then drove from Glasgow to Glenrothes worked for 5 hour drove back to Glasgow Then came back out on the Sunday worked with his mate for 13 hours till the job was completed I would use him again and recommend him

Stephen has ruined our property by doing a bad job with the 40m2 of engineered wood flooring job we hired him for. At first he really seemed polite and that he knew what he was doing and this caused us to trust him finishing the job when we were on holiday. We came back to a floor that wasn't glued down properly, creaking and lifting in places. But worst of all is that the amount of levelling screed he poured on our upstairs amounts to 1100kg (44 bags). We have been told by independent sources that this could affect the structure of our house and that it needs to be removed. So now we have a huge job to remove the flooring and screed (properly causing damage to the flooring). Stephen said at first he would come back to rectify but he has since went AWOL and is ignoring our messages. It will cost us thousands to rectify so we will be seeking to claim back out of pocket costs from him via court. On top of this he isn't insured (yes mybuilder allow this). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
