I really did not want to leave a review like this and gave Dan every chance I possibly could to fix the issue. I waited 4 weeks but to no avail. A bit of whirlwind experience. Initially Dan was great, I liked him and his guys were good.He took a week off to look after his friend in hospital which I was fine with. I kept paying in full for the work which was not finished off and when I made the last payment, the guy shot off with my laminate flooring, 10 tubes of glue, some tools, some left over material which I had paid for. The worst part where I still had plastering, laminate flooring, and bathroom unfinished which was all paid for. I contacted him and kept hearing the excuses until he stopped answering my messages and calls. I will report him to the Trading standards and Mybuilders.com. Very very disappointed,stay well clear of these guys.

Total time waster, Booked in job had all confirmed, messages says 10 minutes away from the job then don’t turn up. Says had an emergency then don’t answer phone or respond to messages. Total messer avoid at all costs. I had a people ready to move in but now it’s costs me money.
