Alex was patient with me when I was slow ordering the required parts and then I bought the wrong taps but he came quickly to quote for the job, phoned me to discuss and gave me lots of help and advise. He returned to change the taps and then had to come back again to finish the job. He completed the work to a high standard and sent photos when it was completed. Would highly recommend.
