Steve was honest, approachable, and completely transparent about the process, timescales, and costs involved. We agreed a payment activity schedule to manage costs and payments throughout the project. Throughout the project, the team proved themselves to be incredibly trustworthy and dependable — they turned up when they said they would, kept us informed, and delivered exactly what they promised, with no hidden surprises. The quality of the build is outstanding, and every part of the project — from the extension itself to the landscaping and the garden workshop — has been finished to a very high standard.

I would strongly advise against using this trader. The service was unprofessional from the start. They confirmed in the quote that they could remove and refit toilets and sinks, but only admitted this after starting the job, making it very difficult to cancel midway and forcing me to pay for a plumber out of pocket. They didn’t take their own measurements beforehand, then later claimed my materials were short without properly assessing the job or discussing extra costs upfront. There were repeated delays, and they never completed the work, instead asking for more money to return another day. I also have serious concerns about my materials. I personally unloaded all pallets and checked them - there’s no way I would miss obvious damage. The “damage” later found on multiple packs looked like it was caused by a tool (e.g. a drill), not transit. Overall, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and an incomplete job.
