Quoted jobs - Terms & Conditions: What is included: Labour for the quoted scope of work, standard materials, and all necessary fixings. What is NOT included: Specialist trades (gas, electrical rewiring, plumbing beyond basic repairs), structural work, asbestos removal, or work not listed above. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of quote, balance upon completion. Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, or cheque. Travel: Local travel within Waterlooville and surrounding areas (5-mile radius) is included. Additional mileage charged at £0.20 per mile.
