Really happy with the work Jamie and his team did for us. They responded to my advert really quickly, communication was great and they managed to fit the job in within just a few days. Turned up when they said they would and got both of our fireplaces bricked up and ventilated to a really high standard, even finishing quicker than expected. Excellent communication from the start. We received a competitive quote from Paul within a few hours. He completed the work to a very high standard and left the area very tidy each day. ( see attached photo of setup during installation) There were some issues with the subfloor not being completely level, but these were resolved without much fuss. Paul was flexible in his approach and was able to complete some additional work ( new door facings) in the same timeframe. He followed up at the end of the job to make sure there were no issues and to confirm all waste had been disposed of. We are very pleased with our flooring and would not hesitate in recommending Creative Concepts. They will be 1st on our list for any additional projects

We hired At Project to completely rip out and re do the bathroom, no small job! Slawomir were wonderful, turned up every morning when he said he would, always smiling and ready to work. When he left the place was all tied up and he made sure that he was careful of the house decor around. The finished job was done on time, in budget and the attention to detail was spot on. We are quite fussy and he happily put up with our endless questions! Would not hesitate to recommend and in fact have hired him for more work already.
