I wouldn't recommend Marjan. Although he was a friendly guy there were several things I didn't like. 1) He was not punctual - I later found out that he took on another job. 2) He did not workaround my requirements e.g. he would start the self levelling when the kids would come from school. This meant one afternoon my kids had to spend 3 hours in the garden whilst the self levelling dried. 3) He was not adaptable - he seemed reluctant to do extra work I.e. doing the voltage check on the electric mat so you know it's ok before you lay it down with self levelling. It would have taken 2 minutes. 4) It felt as though he rushed the job and in places the finish is not great, simply because he did not wait for the self levelling or glue to dry. 5) The glue has dried over the LVT and he never cleaned this up. Positives: 1) He trimmed the doors and other wooden panels. 2) Initially he did come back to rectify the poor finish. But I'm noticing more areas now, which he has not fixed

I’m extremely disappointed with the standard of work carried out. The painting & decorating were completed to a very poor standard, with a careless finish throughout and a need for constant supervision. There were repeated issues with punctuality, as he regularly arrived late. The workmanship was unacceptable. My wallpaper has been damaged, when I raised concerns about scratch marks, I was told they could simply be covered with a pencil, which is not an appropriate solution. In addition, the finish along the skirting boards is uneven and jagged. I am very upset by the quality of the work and do not feel that it meets a professional standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services. I have photographs showing the issues and am happy to provide them if required. Not a received a response, with my concerns. With his callousness he broke my beautiful glass vase which he knocked off £20 for he should’ve been more careful but he’s very careless & clumsy. Remain anonymous

WOOD FLOOR INSTALLATION We are absolutely delighted with the job Mike has done. We were completely ignorant of the different aspects involved in choosing the right product, (meaning those you do not get online) so on our first meetings with Mike we did lots of questions. He was not only able to assist us with all his better knowledge, but also introduced us with one of the best quality wood manufacturers´representative in the UK, whose invaluable advice contributed to the high standard finish we finally got. Mike works neatly, long hours and very focused, paying attention to the minimum detail. I would definitely call him again for any future works. Thank you Mike!
