James communicated with me a few times prior to the job starting and throughout the job. He understood what the problem was and more importantly, he knew how to solve it. Once the job began, it soon became apparent it was turning into something bigger than anticipated, he checked with me first to see if it was financially acceptable to carry on. Which I thought was admirable. James left the area clean and tidy and more importantly, having solved my problem.
