I am 40 years old with over 15 years of experience in property restoration, maintenance, and management. My expertise has been built through managing our own small portfolio of HMOs in London and Bristol, which I oversee full-time alongside contracting for clients. I've been a member of MyBuilder for over 10 years as well as on other websites, only taking breaks when engaged in my own larger projects. No disappointed clients at all. I’m skilled in a wide range of trades, including: Domestic electrics (qualified) Gas engineering (soon to be Gas Safe Registered) Plumbing Carpentry (second fix, stud wall building, garage conversions, etc) Tiling, flooring Full kitchen and bathroom installations and more. I take pride in my ability to handle all tasks independently, using high-quality Bosch professional tools. My most recent projects include: Full renovation of a 10-bed HMO in Montpelier, Bristol. 2 x Garage conversions into habitable rooms in BS16. And many more small to medium sized jobs. You are welcome to view my work anytime. As a genuine all-rounder, there is little that I cannot do.
