The job consisted of a mix of both carpet and Karndene Flooring being laid. Mr Cable arrived promptly, was always very well mannered with a friendly nature. The work was carried out in the agreed time and Rikki was very tidy when working. We are very pleased with the work and his professionalism to the job. We were recommended by my parents after he completed flooring in their house following an extension in which the builders had ruined the sub flooring. I will be using Rikki again for any future jobs and would highly recommend him.

Was happy with the service provided by Joseph. Everything run smoothly, very decent, helpful and pleasant person, hardworking, tidy, and the most reliable and punctual handyman ever! Made few errors with chipped laminate, alignment, trimming, and cutting the doors too short, yet he did his best to fix all the issues promptly. Do not assume things (as in my case), but explain from the beginning what exactly needs to be done, supervise, and he'll do a great job. I will hire him again and definitelly recommend!

Demolition- 11 Oct 2024
A large obsolete brick-post needed to be removed and replaced by a concrete-post and a narrow fence. Kensington Constructors Ltd was invited to do the job due to their experience in demolition and building. For the full day the Kensington team dismantled the pack of bricks with great care for the passing people in the alleyway and the pedestrians of the main road. The bricks went swiftly to the recycling and by efficient planning the concrete post and the fence where immediately available on site to be set. This ended with a superbly set fencing the corner of the property exactly meeting the requirements. Small or larger jobs that need to be done on time, on cost, as planned, Kensington Constructors is the first choice.

Reza is awesome, i would highly recommend him to anyone. Prior to starting the job he was incredibly easy to communicate with (we were messaging about the job on his birthday!) and very proactive. He then came round to quote for the work on a bank holiday and after two days the work was complete. We had some enormous quotes for the work from other tradesmen and Reza's quote was so reasonable i thought he was joking (5 times cheaper than one quote). Reza worked bloody hard, lifting 30kg fencing panels on his own, thinking outside the box and pushing on through bad weather. The finished product is exactly what i wanted and we will be looking to hire Reza for future jobs. Cheers mate.

Graham laid carpets in our through lounge, bedroom and vinyl in kitchen and bathroom. He was very punctual and completed the job in good time. The work was faultless and he left the areas spotless. Graham was amiable and friendly and gave good advice about what sort of flooring was suitable. We would definitely have him back to work for us again.

Florin extended and completely refurbished our 4-bedroom semi-detached house. This included extensive steelwork, underfloor heating, complete re-plumbing and rewiring, excavation, and an entirely new slate roof as well as varying extensions up to three floors high. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, professionalism and reliability. His workmanship makes a perfectionist like myself happy. He is also completely professional: even with our difficult neighbours he was always courteous and understanding, and even helped them sort out issues at a moment’s notice that had nothing to do with his building work on our property. And he is also thoroughly reliable. I cannot think of any instance where he committed to something and did not deliver — he even managed to finish all the work on our house ahead of schedule and on budget. We have been so happy with his work that we contracted him to build us a summer house as well, from scratch, and to complete revamping our front garden including elements of hard landscaping. Again he delivered flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. We also continually receive positive comments from people passing by and just seeing the front garden. We have used several other builders in the past on other properties, including far more expensive ones, and none compare to his level of competence, attention to detail in his workmanship, his complete professionalism and thorough reliability. Now that we have found Florin, we will never look for another builder again. I just hope once others experience what he delivers for themselves he will still have some availability for us in the future!
