price was ok, a few mistakes when they left and afew unfinished things, said he would come back to seal of against skirting however he never bothered after much contact. then the floor has come up in places, nice guys but ignored call backs

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The installer initially supplied a box of Amtico he already had, but it later became clear it was not an exact match to my existing floor, leaving a noticeable difference once laid. There were also repeated issues with measuring and estimating materials. The original estimate was insufficient, causing delays while more flooring was ordered. The follow-up estimate was then excessive, leaving me with an unopened box I did not need. As it was a special order, returning it would have incurred a 35% restocking fee. The finish was also below expectations. There is a visible uneven area beneath the Amtico, and several plank edges were left raised, creating sharp edges underfoot. Although attempts were made to address this after I raised it, the issues were only partially resolved. Communication was good throughout, but the measuring and finish did not meet the standard I expected from a premium product.

Delighted with the new gate! It looks good, and is clearly very sturdy and secure. The area was left clean and tidy. The work was slightly delayed because of terrible weather and local emergencies beyond anyone's control, but we were always kept informed, and the job was done as soon as possible. Would recommend to anyone.

5 stars, if I could go above 5 stars I would have. 2 Fitters arrived on the next working day and completed the job within the day and fitted a new extractor fan too - very happy. The following day, they fitted a new kitchen makeover to a very high standard, they purchased and collected everything including to install a new floor (after fitting price agreed). Junio and Elio worked very hard for 4 days and fitted a new kitchen (I only dreamed of for the last 10 years). They were friendly, polite, nothing was too much trouble - highly recommended.
