Spike and his apprentice did an excellent job providing and fitting engineered oak flooring throughout the ground floor of our property. Spike was able to arrange some great looking wood at an excellent price; he completed the job when he said he would and was efficient and friendly throughout. The end result looks amazing.

Total time waster, Booked in job had all confirmed, messages says 10 minutes away from the job then don’t turn up. Says had an emergency then don’t answer phone or respond to messages. Total messer avoid at all costs. I had a people ready to move in but now it’s costs me money.

We are a family run business with over 20 years in the construction industry. 6 of those years focusing solely on flooring installations. We fit a vast range of floor coverings from solid woods, engineered woods, bamboo, laminate, LVT click and glue, carpet and vinyl. We fit various styles from Herrinbone to straight plank, chevron and boarders as well as sanding and restoration of wooden floors. All types of flooring prep can be undertaken as well as under floor heating systems installed. Final finishes such as skirting installations and door hanging are available. We have great relationships with a number of online and independent suppliers where’s discounts maybe available on products. As we are new to my builder and trying to build out portfolio on here I have added previous customer feedback into our pictures for now.

Our overall experience was a positive one. Riccardo & his Brother Sam worked very hard and did 2 great jobs for us. A bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen refurbishment. When we want any more work done on our property, we would have no hesitation in calling them back in again. Their costings were fair and we didn't feel at any time that they over price anything. They did all that we asked of them and more. They are very happy, friendly and obliging lads, as long as they get a couple of rounds of toast, tea & coffee, and ignore the singing lol. Seriously though if you want a great job doing at a reasonable price go to S & R Construction you wont go wrong. We are over the moon with the work we have had done by them Terri & Dave

First class work. Mine was a small but awkward remeadial tileling job replacing a bathroom tiled window shelf and some damaged tiles. I would highly recommend James Miller. He is not only very competent but also a nice guy which I think is important for some one working in your home. He tells me he is also a carpenter and qualified electricien.
