Chris did a decent job with the paint repairs. Was punctual and provided excellent updates re how the work progressed. The outdoor timber work has not stood the test of time that well one year on but the interior work is fine. Reasonable on price and does a good job.

Tom's actually one of the registered fitters for the natural wood flooring company, where we got our floor, which is why i hired him, he's got a website that shows he does a lot of high end work. The job he's done speaks for itself. He did a herringbone floor across two rooms, a landing, stairs and a large trap door. Paying close attention to the trap door, you'll notice the grain of every piece lines up as you move from floor to trap door. Really impressive work. Tom's friendly, communicative, straight forward to deal with, turned up when he said he would, dealt with the small issues (i didn't order enough floor) professionally and calmly, managed to work around the chaos of the rest of the renovation, finished on time, and the finish was great. March 2018, Flat renovation in london.
