Matt is very unreliable. He never stuck to the times he would agree to come and would randomly appear at very unsociable hours. Sometimes as late as 9pm and work till 11pm. This caused me problems with my neighbours because of the noise. I gave Matt all my old doors which were being replaced. These were plain fire doors that had nothing wrong with them but did not look pretty, hence the reason I was having them changed. They were worth around £1000. Matt suggested he could sell them for me and that he would keep them in his storage unit. He also took 4 very long industrial wooden office desks which I was getting rid of for free. Aswell as three industrial wooden book shelves. He took the doors, tables and bookshelves over the course of days he did some work and then disappeared. Leaving half the work unfinished. Which by the way he had taken advance payment for. I was very gullible to trust Matt. I have tried calling and messaging to no avail. Please do not trust this liar.

Very pleasant guys. Clean and tidy. Good advice and explanations. Good that they have contacts to do the job from start to finish, for all the variety of work needed. All hardworking. Had a bad previous experience with workmen but they’ve restored our concerns and worries. They were very grateful for us leaving means of brews and snacks for them. Thank you very much guys. Jim did a great job in sanding down the wooden floor in the bedroom and re-polishing it to a high standard. The job took a full day to complete, which was booked on a day we were entertaining a number of guests. The guys kept to themselves, got on with the job and broadly speaking did not impact the family event. They were polite and professional - which goes a long way! They also did a fantastic job with the floor at a very reasonable price (in my opinion). Would definitely re-hire for any future work of a similar nature.
