Ryan and Sam were so friendly and professional, they went above and beyond even to helping us get a couple of new doors quickly after a mistake we had made our end when buying them. I highly recommend Paragon Decor / Bill. The transformation he’s made to my house is amazing. Bill worked on my ensuite, main bathroom, downstairs WC, whole house painting, and a living room media wall with Karndean flooring, all completed to an incredibly high standard. No job was too small, and he often went further by suggesting ideas I hadn’t considered, such as the niches and lighting in the bathrooms. He’s super friendly, easy to work with, and a clear perfectionist. His painting work was excellent, with proper prep, sanding, and high-quality materials. Bill was flexible with timelines, worked long hours, kept me updated throughout (including video calls), sorted the skip at minimal cost, and treated the house like his own. He helped with out-of-scope items and gave guidance on things I planned to do myself, such as ethernet routing and blind installs. Payments were straightforward with receipts provided. A superb tradesman who genuinely cares about the end result.

Job not done properly , on asking to come and check informed me that i had to look for some one else. Please be cautious. --Edited after his comments-- I am disappointed by the contractor's claim that he wasn't welcomed. I personally met him at the gate and allowed him to work undisturbed while I attended to my own tasks. We even offered him tea, which he declined in favor of finishing quickly. Regarding the work: he performed only the bare minimum and did not complete the tasks as requested. Furthermore, I offered him additional payment specifically to fix an issue he caused, which makes his comments even more surprising. The defect didn't 'appear' weeks later; it was present from day one. He claimed it would resolve itself over time, but it never did. It is unprofessional to blame a lack of 'greetings' when the real issue is the poor quality of the work

One word - brilliant! Jonathon and team have been very good in their communication right from the time first came in contact to completing the job and after job care suggestions for the garden. The grass returfing was done in an efficient manner and garden was left clean after the job. The team were very polite and friendly with Jonathon also suggesting what all to buy for watering the garden. They also re-visited to cut the grass first time after relaying which was very nice of them. I would definitely recommend them for any landscape job with no hassle service and at the right cost. Anthony hung a bedroom door for me. He had to chisel all the holes for the handle to go through, also the door hinges had to be all repositioned and the door had to be slightly cut down to size. Greg and his team were amazing. Despite all the onsite delays he tried to be as felexible as possible to work around the other tradespeople and delivered a gorgeous results. I can't recommend them highly enough . As a team they work long and hard and very tidy. Their prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use their services again.
