Unfortunately my overall experience with WD Interiors was very bad and unprofessional. Below is a list yes a list of things that was unsatisfactory; - I was given a quote prior in which upon a site visit at my home I was told it will be more and needs and extra person for the job, even though the exact work was detailed in my advert, however I kindly agreed too. - I asked for a invoice in which I received a brief text message highlighting the work. - they apparently required specific glue which they said they will need to buy, I agreed and asked for receipt in which they then said they may have some spare, however added an additional £20. - having noticed after they had left the work was incomplete with air bubbles in the vinyl flooring, edges not filled with silicone in which I asked his colleague to fill but said his run out of supplies in which he then managed to squeeze out enough to fill in some of the gap. - the worse part was my gas cooker was not working correctly having moved it, whilst laying the vinyl. I had to call them back in which the debated with me over the phone and actually lied and said the work didn’t cover the edging which it clearly did. Upon exhaling to them about my cooker they responded to contact cooker specialist. They came back after and finished the incomplete job and reconnect my cooker properly. My overall experience with them was absolutely terrible! Save yourself some hassle and don’t hire them.

Dave fitted our carpet beautifully. There wasn’t much play in the carpet size we purchased & didn’t trust our previous fitter because he made a mess of a basic rectangle room! Dave did a perfect job in our lounge. Our room had a concrete floor with steps leading in from sides & Dave did an amazing job by hand stitching the corners because the steps were literally blocks. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. Dave takes real pride and care in his work. Photos he shared of other jobs he’d done were breathtaking. I will never choose another carpet fitter. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. He was meticulous! Thank you!
