He has a tremendous amount of knowledge of fitting floors and talks through all the details before hand and helps to provide solutions to potential issues that might arise. Nathan came to fit a couple of bedroom carpets in Hackney. Unfortunately, we were not pleased with with standard of the fitting. The main issue was that the carpet was not fitted properly. It was left with lumps and bumps in it. There was also confusion about who was supplying grippers and bars and he didn’t turn up with any as you might expect a carpet fitter to. We contacted Nathan about the lumps in the carpet in particular but he said they were due to the carpet being overstretched already (as it was being relaid from my property to my daughters). He said he would come back to take a look at it, but couldn’t provide a time to finish the job off and hasn’t followed up. We therefore had no option but to contact another fitter who has now fitted the carpet perfectly at an additional cost.
