Really disappointed. I went with them because they have such good reviews, but they sent someone to take measurements almost a month ago, and I haven’t heard anything from them since. I have emailed them directly and messaged them on here 3 times and no response. Clearly a very unreliable company.

From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual and extremely tidy. Ali was reliable and very experienced. He fitted a new door and a new frame in my living-room. The old door frame was over 120 years old and very thick so fitting a new one was quite challenging but Ali did a great job.
