Ioan was excellent, especially as we were dealing with an issue in a tenanted flat that we couldn't be present for. Initially he provided the tenants with a temporary hot water fix and changed the heating elements but realised that the tank was leaking so changed that for us. He was thorough and got this done within a week. Difficult in this day and age to find a trader you can trust and I will definitely use Ioan for any other issues we encounter in the future

Unfortunately Dragisa was unable to fulfill this project due to his health issues. He initially came round multiple times and measured up the wardrobes and discussed ideas and took note of all the changes I requested. He is seemed very knowledgeable and attentive of every request. Also I feel Dragisa is genuine guy with lots of experience. Shame he couldn't carry on, I was looking forward working with him in my project! I've had a positive experience so far. Now back to the drawing board, but I wish him a quick recovery!

There is no one other than Tomas who I trust to carry out a thorough job. Tomas has varnished my garden decking for 3 years - he is the ONLY person I would consider to do this because of his diligence, care and wholeheartedly. I have been particularly impressed with the preparatory work that Tomas carries out ahead of any painting/varnishing/staining - such as sanding and careful brushing away of dust - to ensure a high quality finish. Tomas also goes so far as ensuring that neighbours are not impacted by e.g. any paint spray. And he always tidies up at the end of the day. Because of the trust I have for Tomas, I have also called upon him to paint my garden fence and plaster/paint my home interior. And he has never disappointed. What also stands Tomas apart is that he is fair (unlike many tradesman who do the bear minimum, ruin other things in the process and charge too much). He has a wonderful manner - polite, respectful and always considers the best outcome for his customers. I would highly recommend Tomas!!

We have been extremely pleased with Alex’s work from start to finish and he has been very flexible with timings. Alex and his colleague Peter are clearly skilled carpenters and successfully replaced three new internal doors, replaced a new kitchen worktop, re-tiled the kitchen and helped with a couple of odd jobs, including fixing the cooker hood and TV bracket to the wall. His prices are extremely competitive and he has always been clear about the costs involved. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone looking for a carpenter.

Very disappointed. When he came to price the job he quote 1300. He said 600 for labour and 700 for materials. I even paid him before he completed the work. He returned yesterday to complete the job and charge me another 180£ because the bathroom door could not close so he had to cut into the frame. I told him he was being unfair because he quoted me a price and now he is asking for more money. The job is not even completed. He put fillers in the areas that was damaged and he told me when it is dried I must sand it then paint it. I now have to pay someone else to complete the work. I am not happy. I have taken photos which I would like to show. He said the door frame was not part of the job.
