Jon is amazing, clearly highly skilled and his experience shone through, he did such a great job of fitting my kitchen. He was extremely patient with me and my kitchen supplier. He went out of his way to ensure I had what I needed to use my kitchen while we waited on other parts to be delivered. He also laid my laminate floor & perfectly hung 4 doors for me. There are one or two tiny bits pending, but to be fair he's waiting on me to decide when I want my other job done, so I know he will sort them out at the same time. I'd never use any other carpenter again. Jon is simply the best.

Craig was very friendly and professional. He replaced eleven wooden fencing panels with composite panels. We are very pleased with the results. Craig even managed to resolve some concerns we had regarding replacing the neighbours gate bolts. We were also concerned about the neighbours car port roof overhanging the fence panel, but Craig sorted out these issues very professionally and we are extremely pleased with the results. Door hung however new handle that was fitted stopped working the next day. Could only open the door from the one side effectively locking you in everytime the door was closed. Tried to get the guys back to sort but after some false promises all my messages were then completely ignored for a further 6 weeks. The door is also now catching badly whenever it is closed. Poorly hung and am unable to close door due to the issue with the handle. They were given every opportunity to come back and rectify but completely blanked me. I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned but to be completely ignored isn’t on when you’ve paid for a service. Make your own mind up!!

Jason came quickly after speaking over the phone, after the leak got worse he got the scaffolding up quicker than we originally agreed. He didn't ask for a deposit and kept me updated throughout, cleaned up before he left. Would highly recommend.

Steve did an excellent job of making a new door frame and hanging the new back door. Reasonable cost and friendly service. We had a slight problem with the lock and he returned in less than 24 hours to sort it out, great service, would definitely use again.
