They knew exactly what to do when I sent them the requirements regarding the replacement of my door. Due to the Grenfell legislation, I was obligated by the maintenance company of my flat to change my front door to an FD30. Tony and his team were very quick to do a site visit, provide a quote and even gave me some options of which door I could choose from. The installation was very quick and the work spoke for itself. I have recommended them to other residents and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Do not hire this individual whatever you do. He is highly unprofessional and condescending when you try to ask him any questions, he clearly doesn’t know what he is doing and just wings it. Always makes out the fault lies with wall or the part but never his lack of skill/competence. He fitted the bracket wrong way round and when I told him this he denied it until he was forced to face facts. The tv is tilting forward and he told me that’s how it supposed to be when the diagram says otherwise and it is supposed to rest flat on the wall. I now have to pay a competent person to come and fix his mistakes! I would give him 0 stars if I could! Avoid like the plague!!!

Events prevented Russell from starting the job as planned. I understood, so not a problem. He came this morning as was re-arranged. The skill and professionalism he displayed, represents a full demonstration of his knowledge and experience. On top of that, his quote for the job was much less than what others quoted, and very much what I expected it to be. He carefully protected his walkway and cleaned up afterwards. He is scheduled to return next week to do another job. So, that may be interpreted as my full endorsement that he can be hired with confidence. The site will not allow me to Upload photo/photos.
