I have spent 40 years in the construction industry, starting straight from school where I completed a five-year apprenticeship in the glass and glazing industry. Over the years, I progressed through all areas of the window and fenestration sector, gaining extensive hands-on experience in all types of glazing, window systems, fire doors, conservatories, and associated installation works. I’m a roofer that’s been in the trade for several decades. I do all types of roofing whether it be traditional tile/slate roofs or flat roofing. I’m qualified in all types of flat roofing from PVC, Epdm, Torch-On, Fibreglass etc. Many experienced roofers claim to know leadwork but my leadwork is a cut above the rest. I also am a competent roof carpenter that can cut roofs from the wall plate upwards, build dormers, fit Velux windows, new fascias and soffits etc.
