There were a few issues because I bought the wrong items but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I should buy as replacements. Very professional and easy to chat to. Orlando and team were absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend them more highly. They built a bookshelf, repaired some tiles around a radiator and painted my hall and wooden stairs, as well as some doors. They did a beautiful and careful job (there was ALOT of prep work needed on the walls prior to painting), were brilliant at communicating, always on time to the nearest minute and generally a 10/10 experience (and I’ve had some bad ones). I was nervous due to them being new to My Builder with only a few reviews, but they provided me with email references, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Orlando and team! You really were brilliant. 5 stars all round.

Bill was delayed a couple of days due to van breaking down which is understandable. He kept me updated throughout. Bill hung two fire doors for me, however not completely happy with one being unevenly cut at the bottom and the door frame has been left looking tacky.
