Founded in Twickenham by lifelong friends Alex and Steven, Constructum Contracts Ltd has been delivering high-quality construction and bespoke craftsmanship across Surrey and South West London since 2024. Our combined expertise spans building surveying, project management, general construction and high-end bespoke carpentry — giving clients the confidence of both technical knowledge and practical experience on every project. Steven began his career after earning a Diploma in Construction from Richmond College, working for a respected local builder specialising in loft conversions, extensions and residential renovations throughout the Richmond upon Thames area. While gaining hands-on site experience, he completed a BSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University. Following graduation, Steven worked for a multi-disciplinary building consultancy in London as a Building Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Project Manager.
