Unfortunately can not recommend Pav. We paid a deposit for work to start, but Pav was delayed on several occasions. He was unapologetic about the delay and offered no communication - leaving us waiting or fobbing us off. Am current trying to get a refund for the money paid but have been met with silence so far. Really disappointing service.

The bifold doors were fitted poorly, with visible damage caused during installation in multiple areas. The finish is very rough, lacks symmetry, and does not reflect professional workmanship. Despite claiming over 10 years’ experience, the installer required guidance throughout the job and struggled to identify parts of the system. The work needed constant intervention and correction from me. The doors have been damaged, gaps and alignment are incorrect, and the surrounding finish has been left incomplete. The property was also left in a mess, with packaging and debris not cleared away. I paid in full in good faith, which I now regret, as the standard of work does not justify the cost. I will need to pay another professional to repair and rectify the installation. I have requested a partial refund to reflect the poor workmanship and remedial costs. If this is refused, I will consider taking the matter further.
