Huge thank you to Jakub. I had a wall that was completely falling apart, doors that needed fitting, and vinyl flooring that the previous guys had messed up. To make things worse, my tenant was moving in just a few days later.Jakub came in, took the wall right back to the brick, and did a really clean plaster finish. He sorted all the main jobs quickly, he noticed a few other small things that needed doing and just fixed them anyway without charging extra. Absolute top bloke. Piotr is a true master of his craft, and I'd strongly recommend him to anyone who needs wooden sash windows repaired or restored. He is a real gentleman and an absolute pleasure to have around - polite, punctual, hard-working, knowledgeable, meticulous, and an excellent communicator. My windows were badly rotten and in serious disrepair, but Piotr reassured me they could be fully restored. Throughout the work, he took time to explain his methods and choices - from the different woods and repairs to the sealants, glazing, and painting process. His careful approach made complete sense as I watched the restoration unfold, and it was clear he takes enormous pride in doing things properly. Piotr exceeded my expectations in every respect - I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The gloriously restored windows genuinely look better than newly installed ones.
