After spending years developing my own projects and liaising with builders who couldn't understand my goals, ADX was born from the realisation that most contractors don't understand the investment side. That's another reason why we tend not to operate outside of Merseyside. As the director, I was born and bred in Liverpool so I know the areas and what they each individually warrant, and I'm able to advise accordingly.
