He was kind to come on a Sunday at 9 am. Very puntual. He was very active on finding solutions we found at doing the job. I personally help him through the process. We couldn’t complete the job as we didn’t have enough glue. Everything worked well and and I can complete the job myself.

Very disappointed. When he came to price the job he quote 1300. He said 600 for labour and 700 for materials. I even paid him before he completed the work. He returned yesterday to complete the job and charge me another 180£ because the bathroom door could not close so he had to cut into the frame. I told him he was being unfair because he quoted me a price and now he is asking for more money. The job is not even completed. He put fillers in the areas that was damaged and he told me when it is dried I must sand it then paint it. I now have to pay someone else to complete the work. I am not happy. I have taken photos which I would like to show. He said the door frame was not part of the job.

Highly recommend Jimmy for any job! From start to finish, he was patient, kind, and a great communicator, always keeping us informed throughout the process. He built custom shelving and cupboard units in our living room alcoves, and the craftsmanship was incredible - exactly what we envisioned, done efficiently and to a really high standard. On top of the great work, Jimmy was tidy and cleaned up after himself, and just a genuinely personable guy to have around the house. It's rare to find someone who combines real skill with such a considerate, professional approach. My family and I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family, and we'll definitely be calling him for any future projects. I hired this team for a small under-stair kitchenette: plumbing, tiling, reinstallation, and painting of walls and woodwork — all clearly listed in the job spec and discussed before work began. Positives: Neat plumbing and tidy pipework, Kitchen reinstalled well, Site left clean, Issues: Day 1: Due 7:30am, arrived 8:20am, left 12:30pm, Day 2: Due 8am, arrived 8:45am, tried to leave at 2pm saying the job was complete — despite woodwork still unpainted. Painting was denied despite being in scope, and done with no prep when raised. Tiling started from the bottom, leaving a visible untiled gap at the top, for £700, the actual time spent was around a day — and the finish didn’t reflect true expertise. The guys were pleasant enough, but due to the pushback on agreed work and poor finish, I wouldn’t hire them again.

I can't recommend Hani enough. He arrived promptly on a short notice, to fix the kitchen sink tap and the dishwasher's wiring, which was dismounted and broken by the previous rogue-installers. Hani is a very knowledgeable electrician and plumber, professional, well mannered and reasonable pricing. He connected the tap, modified the back board neatly and sorted the electrical issue which was caused by the previous workers. I will be calling him again for more tasks around the house as he is also well-equipped for carrying woodwork and cabinet modification work. 👌🙏👌
