Chay was a perfect tradesman. The job although small was a problem one, because the floor that I was suppose to have fitted first was cancelled the day before at the last minute, and it needed to go in before Chay could work his magic with the skirting board. The carpet fitting shop eventually managed to get me a fitter for the next morning and the time was fixed for 8.30am on the morning of Chay coming to fit the skirting board. Chay agreed to come at 11am instead of 10am. Only the fitter was really late and Chay arrived before him. The shop had also worked the square metreage of the floor incorrectly and I was a pack of tile short! Chay was so patient, he just went away and came back later on in the day to complete the work. I am not only very happy with the supply and fit of the new skirting, he was also an extremely nice, ‘can do’ person to have as a tradesperson and would definitely use him again for other works. Thank you Chay.

Liviu was has polite demeanor, the job was done over 2 mostly half days. I have mixed feedback to him and the job. He cancelled one appointment within 1 hr notice, which he said for personal emergency, so i don't hold that against him; though he delayed another without notice before hand. I noticed he used my power tool without asking and didn't put back afterwards. The job was done reasonably ok, but he was rushing in the end, I noticed the rough finish and he explained he was distracted. I felt that he should be more transparent, and let customer know if any quality of the work might be compromised for any reason.
