Ahmad Omar did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring with engineered oak. He was responsive from the start, came for a site visit the same day I contacted him, and saved me from buying flooring whose installation method wouldn't have suited my flat - advising instead that a click system was the right approach. He completed the three-day job, 9am-5pm, exactly as quoted, removing old flooring and underlay, fitting new moisture barrier, underlay and oak flooring, and disposing of all rubbish himself. He carefully removed and reinstalled my skirting boards without damage & they now look even better than before. He drove me to B&Q, Jewson, Selco, and Wickes to pick materials, and later returned on a separate day to fit new threshold strips without hesitation. Professional, hardworking, honest, and fairly priced throughout. The finished floor looks fantastic - highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience with Ramon. Ramon came to view the property before we agreed on the scope and price of the exterior painting job. We had detailed discussions in person and over the phone and agreed on everything including price and scope. Despite that, after starting the job, he changed his mind about the agreed price and asked for more money — something he never flagged during the site visit. He painted part of the exterior and then left the job half done without any communication for two full days. There was no explanation or notice — I was left completely in the dark. It was promised that he would come back the next day as he needed some extra tools but after multiple messages being ignored and calls being ignored it was clear we were left in vulnerable position with a half painted house without any communication. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability make it impossible for me to recommend him. I have CCTV evidence of our conversations.

Lurii did an excellent job fixing our engineered floor that was sticking up. We initially called him just to repair the floor, but when we asked if he could also adjust the door and fix a few other areas that were creaking, he was more than happy to help and didn’t hesitate at all. His work was extremely neat and clean, and he paid great attention to detail. He arrived on time, was very polite, and listened patiently to all our concerns. He carefully cut our door to create the proper gap between the door and the floor, which has completely stopped the noise when closing. He also fixed the creaking areas of the floor to a very high standard. We are very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship and would highly recommend him. The first 2 pics are before the work. The last pic is after the work.
