I urgently needed a hand rail on my stairs and Sam came the next day. He went to B&Q, bought the parts needed and fitted this the same day. He also carried our another job whilst there. He was very polite and amenable. I asked him to take off his shoes whilst on our new stair carpet and to wait in the car whilst I collected our dog from the groomers. He was happy to do both these things, The work was exceptional and at the end everything was cleared away. I could not have asked for anything better.

Really excellent communication and craftsmanship! From the first visit to the final clean up, Steve took an immense amount of care about his work. He arrived on time, communicated really well and adapted what he could do to suit our budget. His workmanship is excellent, he revamped a built in media unit for us, taking care with the smallest detail. He then took pains to clear up after the job too. Highly recommended - will be using him again.
