I recently had a toilet enclosure made by Jesus, and I’m really pleased with the result. He completed the entire job in just four days, which was impressive given the quality of the work. From the start, he was professional and is a kind man. He put into making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He regularly asked questions, checked in on details, and was more than willing to make adjustments along the way. The finished enclosure looks great. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

Installation of sliding doors in living room. A little disappointed with the final result, partly but not entirely due to issues with the kit (which we supplied). For example stays at bottom not correctly positioned, so door sometimes jumps out of the guiding groove. Remedial work needed by me. Not what I was expecting, given the cost.

Leonard did an excellent job fitting a shelf, two door hangers, wall mounting two tvs, removing a shelf and filling in holes left by old curtain rails and the old shelf. He vacuumed up any mess made by the drilling and was keen to ensure I was happy with the job, he was a bit perfectionist when it comes to tv viewing angles, which was great as so was I! Highly recommend and he gave me the best quote. He takes pride in his work.
