I am delighted with his work and my new floors are beautiful, neat and perfectly fitted, without and wobbles or creeks. Avdyl was professional, and helpful with advice and also arrived on time and left no mess behind. Did the job however left the fire doors locked and promised to return so the meters inside can be accessed, chased this however never returned and left rubbish outside the house

Ioan was excellent, especially as we were dealing with an issue in a tenanted flat that we couldn't be present for. Initially he provided the tenants with a temporary hot water fix and changed the heating elements but realised that the tank was leaking so changed that for us. He was thorough and got this done within a week. Difficult in this day and age to find a trader you can trust and I will definitely use Ioan for any other issues we encounter in the future
