To start with the job went well, he turn up on time and removed old doors and replaced with new ones, he come back a few days later to fit the door handles on (not the handle type we thought they would be , the ones he used he had to glue on because he said the screws would be coming through the other side in one day 1 knob come off, got in touch with him and was told I had to wait 3 weeks before he could come back the doors do not stay closed and now 2 doors have no knobs on , I did ask if we could have normal handles instead , was told yes if we pay for them but being charged £100 for accessories (handles and hinges) we would have them and not door knobs

After speaking to a few tradesmen we engaged Joe to build a bespoke lean to at the side of our house. We had to delay for a few weeks and revise our original plan for a slightly larger structure, but nothing was a problem and Joe completed the work in a week to a high standard. Would recommend Joe he’s punctual, tidy and polite and very good at what he does, we look forward to using him again in the future.
