Ioan was excellent, especially as we were dealing with an issue in a tenanted flat that we couldn't be present for. Initially he provided the tenants with a temporary hot water fix and changed the heating elements but realised that the tank was leaking so changed that for us. He was thorough and got this done within a week. Difficult in this day and age to find a trader you can trust and I will definitely use Ioan for any other issues we encounter in the future

I’m so pleased with the shoe cabinet he assembled for me. It was a flat-pack piece, but you’d never know looking at it, it’s put together perfectly, feels solid, and looks great in the space. Daryle was efficient, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Everything is aligned properly, the doors open and close smoothly, and it feels sturdy and secure. He worked quickly but carefully, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Flat-pack furniture can be stressful, but he made it completely hassle-free.
