I have over 30 yrs experience with the installation of conservatories, windows and doors. I am a sole trader not a large company with big overheads that are usually passed onto the customer with pricing. I put quality over quantity and keep costs competitive. I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and specifically in woodworking for over 17 years. After completing a two year City&Guilds qualification in furniture making and installation I have worked for joinery and building companies covering all aspects of woodworking, both as an employee and on a self-employed basis. I have pretty much done everything from cutting in the roof carcass to fitting the floors and skirting, along with everything in between. I particularly enjoy 2nd fix work as that requires the most detailed work and is satisfying, but I am equally at home doing 1st fix work. I have been fortunate enough to work on some prestige projects, especially when I worked for a local building firm in the role of head carpenter and site supervisor. During that time I was able to train up an apprentice and pass on the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years. I not only take great pride in the work I do but also in providing a friendly, polite and efficient.
