Ken contacted very promptly and arrived when he said he would. He assessed the job and pointed out that a new trapdoor may be needed and phoned shortly after to arrange the date the work would be done. As promised the two man team arrived promptly and got on with the task whilst keeping us informed of any small modifications needed. They worked non stop until the job was done. They were both courteous and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Ken and his team to anyone, indeed I intend to contact Ken again to ask about another job.

Adam did a fabulous job replacing all the internal doors and the floors in my kitchen and hallway. It has transformed my home. He is friendly and professional and scrupulously honest, always letting us know when additional work would affect the estimate (which he absolutely stuck to otherwise). He worked round supply problems brilliantly and always kept us informed about when he would be working. He was a pleasure to have around and I will definitely be using him again.
