Adams workmanship was great - we had a full ensuite shower room installed with all walls needing erecting, plumbing, electrics, tiling and install work. Adam undertook either the work or the organisation of other relevant trades to make sure the job was complete to a high standard. He kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates and made sure we were all in agreement before any changes were made. This also meant that the final price came in with no surprises. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone looking for a bathroom install or similar work.

Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather. The end product is fantastic so thank you Josh and Team.

George was absolutely fabulous right from the beginning. He came out and quoted not very long after being contacted. He arrived very polite and punctual. He gave me a honest quote and start date. He arrived on the day to do the work on time and very punctual, raring to get started. George went above and beyond with everything that he did. George’s work is completed to a very high standard. David has done a wonderful job for us. From our initial posting on the site Db designs were interested and professional. Db researched, advised , sourced and quoted for all the materials needed during the planning phase. They helped with comment and advice on how to achieve what was sought. The resultant quote was detailed, broken into its component parts and reasonable. Once agreed the work started and was finished precisely on time and on budget. One unforeseen technical issue arose whilst the work was in progress which was swiftly and sensibly dealt with. The final fit and finish of deck and balustrades is superb and the whole site left spotlessly clean. Db worked unsupervised from start to finish. Db designs will soon commence the more demanding second phase of this project having shown all the same professionalism in the build up to the project. If you want sensible help with planning your project,a great finished product from a real craftsman done on budget and on time look no further than Db designs.
