Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. He tackled a number of jobs with skill and precision, including fixing our disjointed stairs, silencing a very annoying squeaky floor, painting a room, and levelling up the garden fence. We asked quite a lot of Ryan than was originally quoted and he delivered well with each surprise we gave him. Jobs completed: rip out bathroom floorboards and replace; fit luxury vinyl flooring; fit skirting, fit solid wood door; custom fit bath end stud for tiling; cut and resize L shaped bath panel and fit support stud.
