The finished patio is OK although the curve is not a true radius as per the plan provided. Four man days were included in the quote. It was finished in less than two. Ashton was always in a roaring hurry. A cement mixer was used on the lawn and no protection was laid down. Cement dried in the lawn and loose sand was stored on the lawn. The site was always in a mess when he left. Re-laying the lawn was worse. There was a difference of opinion as to what had been quoted. Perhaps I should have been more specific and less trusting. Top soil was roughly laid in preparation for the turf. To my surprise, when I got up one day, I found the new turf half laid with, apparently, no further ground preparation. When questioned about the flatness of the lawn, I was told not to step on the turf for at least two weeks to allow the roots to knit. I have walked on it after three weeks and, surprise, surprise, it's like a ploughed field. I would not recommend this company.
