Dan and his team did an amazing job of our single story extension. Dan provided a very comprehensive breakdown of his quote, which he stuck to throughout the build. We made a few changes as we went along and Dan accommodated these without hassle. The timescales were a little longer than planned, but this was due to the weather and other factors outside of control. Overall Dan provided us with a very competitive quote and met all our expectations in terms of quality and finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dan, and in fact we have done already to 2 of our friends :-)

We decided to just do single storey rear extension, full width of the house and 4.5 length with Ryan. As well doing extension, change ground floor layout, make old kitchen into utility room, downstairs toilet & shower, take down old kitchen window to make a hallway, then in living room, remove old patio doors and change it into double doors into the new extension. We wanted the boiler moved from our bedroom to new extension too. Installation of kitchen, flooring and painting was going to be done by us. All other work by them. It wasn’t just reasonable price and previous good review reason for choosing Ryan, Set Square was member of federation of builders, he come out couple of times, quote he give gave a good breakdown of work that was going to be covered. What I like about Ryan is the material he used was high quality and not cheap version ones. Overall, I think we were lucky that Ryan was available and we discovered him. Work done to high standard. Thanks Ryan and family.

nothing can justify the unprofessional work/without skills. Made us run to shops many times each day. Broke many fittings -taps,bidet, shower, doors, vanity. Left house in a messy state. Forced us to pay cash. Sent an electrician to do bathroom refurbishment. Changed quote. Left our house with 4 leaks due to which our boilers lost pressures and walls were damaged. Tampered radiator and existing plumbing. Even my house main door broken. During inspection broke my conservatory roof, that left with a massive leak. We were constantly tortured, threatened and even racist comments were passed on top of upto date payments and getting all materials wasted. Couldn't fit a tap properly, and bought materials multiple times for their mess, Despite job remain unfixed. Bought tools from my money. Used 35mm adhesive to do bathroom tiles.Left me with a financial and mental health crisis. I have contacted CAB+now in the process of legally taking them to court. Just wanted others not be scammed like us

I don't even know where to start... George was the BEST hire we've found and we are so, so grateful to him for all his hard work. He is extremely talented and very skilled at his work, he figured out solutions for us that were absolutely brilliant, and he worked diligiently, patiently and always with a smile and a friendly, positive approach. We were up against a tight deadline and George worked early and late to get as much done for us as possible, to a great standard. It was a genuine pleasure to have him on site and he has given our property the finishing touches it needed to feel like a home. We originally booked him for a couple of days but ended up asking him to stay longer and help with more jobs, all of which he did beautifully. We've already booked him in for another week in December! Thank you, George - it means the world to us that you were such a reliable and friendly part of the team during a difficult week.

Would recommend. Rajesh replaced floor joists, put in an additional support beam and replaced rotting flooring in the living room as well as installing new skirting around the whole living room. He also replaced a few floorboards on the landing upstairs. He was punctual, competent and left the place clean and tidy after the job. He charged a fair price for the work and I considered his work value for money. He was able to fit in the job at short timescales and work longer to suit other work that I needed to get done. He also returned as promised to clear waste away. I would recommend him and will call on him again in the future.

Paul was friendly, respectful, honest and helpful…very easygoing. He had some sensible suggestions—understood my project (rehanging doors in a period house) and did not try to push any expensive complete overhaul solutions, but equally didn’t do a cheap bodge either. He came up with a clever way to strengthen the doors. He was quick, reliable, tidy and reasonably priced. He understood Bristol houses too. Will definitely use again 😊
