We needed to change the French back doors on a rental property we own in Coalville, we had plenty Of interest but opted for Gary based on his reviews and being local, we did advise Gary that the tenant is heavily pregnant and gaining access could be a slight issue and to bare with us, couple weeks passed by and the tenant has informed us of a date/time for Gary to pop over, I messaged Gary but the message was not delivered, strange, I then messaged him on my builder, he said to message him on WhatsApp in which I did, we agreed the day/time to attend the property (April 1st-4pm)) he had told the tenant that he will be in touch with the landlord, 8-days later, I have not heard anything, I have called Gary twice, left a voicemail, messaged 4 times on WhatsApp (he has read my messages) NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER, I think communication is key with customers, totally ignoring us, I am not the one to leave a negative review but he has delayed us as we needed to get the doors changed ASAP!
