Been working with wood for nearly 12 years. Started with full house conversions, from stripping down to it's skeleton, to second fix. Working through every stage with accurate and efficient mentality. I was working closely with a skilled carpenter who taught me many skills that i still use today! Not only in woodwork, but with all the multiple trades needed in a full house renovation.. After a few years and many projects after, i moved away to Bala to settle down, where i joined a large firm to do Joinery as part of a team in a workshop. Here i learned many more skills including managing projects, working as a team, and the in's and out's of windows, staircases, doors, wall panels, and floor cassettes. Some other skills learnt here were, CAD drawings, workshop machinery, stock intake, driving a forklift and many more. Since then i have turned full time self-employed. I have been working in the construction industry for just over 30 years, within that time I have carried out work in multiple areas of the trade. Including upvc windows and doors(15 years), internal doors and surrounds, architrave and skirting. Whilst in the industry, I have always carried out any works on my own home, flooring, decorating (emulsion, glossing, wall paper etc.), kitchen units, hanging of TV’s, curtain rails, fitting washing machines/ tumble driers. I pride myself on having a close attention to detail and like to keep everything tidy throughout. I am just north of Bedford and can travel to the surrounding areas.

Qualified Carpenter and joiner with 20yrs experience.
