Once the site is ready, construction is programmed around a clear 30-day window, with materials ordered, trades booked and Building Regulations agreed before we start. You get a written schedule, a fixed scope and one point of contact from first visit to handover. We carry out rear, side and wraparound extensions, kitchen knock-throughs, stud walls, steel installations and chimney-breast removals. Structural work follows the engineer’s details, and Building Control is involved where required. Party Wall notices are served when work affects a shared wall.
