Very disappointed. When he came to price the job he quote 1300. He said 600 for labour and 700 for materials. I even paid him before he completed the work. He returned yesterday to complete the job and charge me another 180£ because the bathroom door could not close so he had to cut into the frame. I told him he was being unfair because he quoted me a price and now he is asking for more money. The job is not even completed. He put fillers in the areas that was damaged and he told me when it is dried I must sand it then paint it. I now have to pay someone else to complete the work. I am not happy. I have taken photos which I would like to show. He said the door frame was not part of the job.

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Mark came to fix 2 door handles that we're faulty on some internal doors. He was very flexible and always willing to work around my schedule even if it inconvenienced him. Although the job was more tricky than he first thought, mark showed excellent perseverance and demonstrated his great problem solving ability. I Will always use mark from now on.
