Steve and his boys came in to replace the boards on my dining room floor. Sadly it was so far gone, the floor had to be replaced from the ground up. Steve planned and costed the job very carefully. Totally honest and transparent. Takes real pride in his work and customer care was excellent. When some substandard materials where delivered, he refused to accept them. He took on the supplier direct and demanded much better stuff on our behalf. Even though this meant the job took longer, he insisted it be done right. No extra charge. The result is a perfectly stunning dining room floor. Very high standard indeed. I'm sure you're very busy, but the other work we discussed is waiting for you anytime you call Steve!

Jim and his team carried out a remodel of our house in Belfast, we live in California so it was a bit more challenging. They created an open floor plan, found many original features that they helped us save. Not only did they do an amazing job on the house they did it with the attitude to help us in anyway they could. They took late meetings with us due to the time change and even when the job was done I am still in contact when I need anything and they are eager to help. After they did the inside remodel we recently had them do the backyard , they installed a new deck which looks amazing. We also have plans for the future that include more work from this amazing team. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of updating their home. Thanks Again for everything!

Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He came out to assess the staircase and advised that he would be able to provide a more accurate quote if he could see the area better as there was a plasterboard wall in the way. Tony allowed us to do as much of the work as we wanted and were able to do and therefore brought down the price in relation to this. Tony did not mind providing 3 different quotes - full oak, oak and pine spindles and full pine, to enable us to make a well informed decision that suited our budget. Alterations in design were accommodated to our preferences which is really refreshing compared to other tradespeople we have encountered who have been a little rigid with their approach and do not often offer alternatives to help add that personal touch to our home. Tony arrived promptly, completed the work to a impeccable standard and also offered valuable advice on the aftercare of the oak. He even tidied up after himself - I swear he left it tidier than when he arrived! We are over the moon with our beautiful staircase that now has tinsel and lights twinkling between the spindles - a perfect centrepiece to our home. We will definitely be hiring Tony again for other carpentry jobs around our home and recommend him to all.
