We needed our Upvc porch changing into a bricked front with our hallway opened out to create a lighter and more modern finish to our house. Tom from T&C Development was superb. He gave a detailed, fair quote and set out a timeline from estimated start date through to completion. His workmanship was excellent and he was very timely, cleaning up at the end of each day. He was very personable and clearly had a very knowledgeable understanding of his trade. His plasterer and electrician also worked to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend Tom and his team and plan to use him again for some future works.

The job was a big job in itself because of the length of the garden. The overgrown brambles were a nightmare to cut down and get rid of. Phil and his team have done a excellent job and have ploughed away at it even in the rain and very hot weather we have had lately. Phil was very professional in his quote when he came to look at the job. His word can be relied on in the respect that he does what he says he will do. Friendly and very professional, informative on how job is going and if there are any issues that may arise. Job took two weeks to complete and has made a huge huge difference to my garden and I now have somewhere that I can retreat to. The fencing makes the garden look bigger and makes the garden. Thank you Phill and your guys for what you have done, you have made such a difference 😀

Matt was very professional, reliable and tidy. He kept me informed every step of the way. Turned up on time, if he was delayed at the builders merchant, I received a quick call to let me know. I originally asked Matt to complete some plastering in my spare room which also needed the ceiling to be removed. Although it was a messy and dusty job, at the end of every day, Matt would tidy up and ended up doing a fantastic job. I was very impressioned by his work that I also asked him to complete hallway, stairs and landing. Again an excellent job completed and I would recommend him in a flash. 10/10 Matt, thank you

We hired Jake to install our kitchen worktops after putting in the kitchen ourselves. The level of workmanship was fantastic even when working in a challenging space with uneven walls. His precision and attention to detail resulted in a well-fitted worktop. Communication was thorough from the start of the job and throughout and we have already got him lined up for another job around the house. Would definitely recommend.

Zane has been responsive and professional throughout. He has: 1) prepped and plastered our hallway 2) filled in a hole in the living room wall where one of the dogs chewed out a huge void 3) replaced an architrave (also chewed, same dog!) 4) built a replacement for the battered wine rack holding our breakfast bar up (he built and installed a cupboard for us, including door) 5) levelled our woefully uneven third bedroom floor Zane is friendly and easy to talk to, and honestly was a but of a distraction since I work at home, but I wholeheartedly consider that a compliment, and not a criticism! He's clearly demonstrated a range of skills and experience, and we have already asked him to build some custom stable doors to replace our kitchen double doors. Solid recommend.

Archie was very efficient in refurbishing the garage door, gave 3 options and our selected option worked very well, can't see the joins, well painted, door good as new now. We are v. Pleased with the results and quality of work. He tidied up after himself, was punctual and reliable. Would definitely employ him again as I would be confident in his workmanship and standard of work.

Warren and his colleague did a brilliant job for us. They came on time, fixed the leaking pipe quickly and efficiently and also they fixed some other issue with the gutter that wasn’t a scope of the initial work. 5 star service, definitely worth recommending.

With a great product with a life span of up to 50 year ! Felt roofing is a thing of the past, we also do windows, doors, garden room, sheds fascia and gutters and a whole lot more.

Finn and Aaron arrived promptly to start flooring my loft. Materials had all arrived on time too and the job was well planned. They worked very efficiently and quietly and “just got on with it”. The work they completed was to a high standard and I’m really pleased with the result. Very neat and tidy - they even hoovered up afterwards! The job was completed in one day, not two as original quoted. I was also very happy that they agreed to do an extra job for me with no notice!!
